Excellent staff and service. They went above and beyond.
It’s exceptionally clean, they are on hand to help with all your needs. The property is accessible and they have a wheelchair on site for any individual with mobility needs and will happily take you from your room to the main area at your request.

Relaxing refreshing happy re-start.
It feels homey and cozy. Super clean and tidy. Smells really good. Sunny room. Super friendly and well trained staff. They were all keen to help with a big smile on their face. Special thanks goes to Mr Osama Hashem and the staff Hanna, Emad, Hassan and Ali. Best hospitality ever.

Wonderful stay subject to be repeated again
The stuff was so friendly and they have a special warm welcoming spirit to the guest specially those coming to the hotel for the first time. I dedicated my special thanks to the front desk manager “Osama” he was super fast in arranging an early check in without any pre notification form my side.

Beautiful venue with very helpful staff
Location was a little far from the main beach - no local Uber or taxi to get around the the Hotel taxi was very expensive, you should have a car.
